Welcome to Green Living in Tampa, Florida.  We are a community group that meets the 3rd Tuesday each month at 6:30 pm at the Piccadilly Cafeteria on North Dale Mabry just south of Fletcher Avenue.  Come and add your hard-earned lessons, and other worthy wisdom.

Our mission is to become a gathering place for people who want to learn more about living a green, healthy life.  We welcome positive, friendly people who want to freely exchange ideas about organic vegetable gardening in Tampa, beekeeping, chicken raising, solar solutions, healthy building materials and methods, and natural health alternatives.

During our meetings, we will touch on all these areas and then have an open discussion on whichever topic is of interest without the pressure of being sold or marketed to. 

We encourage you to bring paperback mysteries for swap, and non-invasive plants for swap.  Please plan on bringing the items back home if they don't find a new owner.

2 RULES:

Finally, Piccadilly Cafeteria allows us to use their private room if everyone buys dinner.  Please help them to help us continue our mission.

1.  We encourage that anyone wishing to promote a green product or service contact us to have it listed on the Green Living Tampa Shop pages. 

2.  Green Living in Tampa respects all viewpoints and asks that all attendees respect each other's views.  We enforce a "If you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing" policy.  There is a 2 strikes policy: First occasion, we warn.  Second occasion, we ask that you not return. We want our group to be a safe, happy place.  We endorse a healthy, fun experience for sharing ideas and getting questions answered.
